Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Event tickets, registrations, or passes purchased through A.I.M. are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under circumstances mentioned below.

2) Refunds are only considered in cases of:

Event cancellation by A.I.M.

Double payment made by the customer due to a technical error.

3) Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the transaction, with valid proof of payment.

4) Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original mode of payment.

5) No refund will be granted for failure to attend the event due to personal reasons.
