Shipping & Exchange Policy

1) Digital tickets/passes are delivered via email after successful payment.

2) Physical merchandise will be shipped within 7–10 working days after order confirmation.

3) A.I.M. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier/logistics providers.

4) Exchange is only possible for damaged or defective merchandise received, and must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

5) Event tickets, once issued, cannot be exchanged or transferred.
